Dear Jaime,

Thank you for your kind e-mail. The Koomon staff and families are all right but the north-east Japan faces terrible disasters. People around Tokyo are suffering inconvenient circumstances like traffic jams and occational deliberate blackouts.

I pray many people will be found and saved in North-east area.

Our major concern now are troubles with Nuclear power plants.
What we can do is just to pray everything will be OK soon.
I really appreciate your concern and your kind offer and gift.
I hope safe and peace will come back to Japan soon and we could meet again in the near future.

Yours sincerely,

Yukiko FUKAUMI
